I gave a diagram of the windows with the measurements to an assistant. When the curtains arrived, they were twice the width of what was needed When I took the curtains back to your Ashington branch,I was told that I hadnt given the assistant my requirements, suggesting that the error was my fault, and by inference that I was lying. After a rather heated discussion, I asked if the curtains could be halved, which was agreed to. There was never any suggestion of the error being corrected, or a refund offered. I most certainly could never recommend this company to any one.
