It was 2pm on Sunday 3rd March and this is not the first occasion that I have called into this branch, in fact we today we were looking to buy and Audi A1, there was no customer acknowledgement from any sales staff or hostess on arrival. my husband and i mulled around waiting for some help, alas no help arrived. I approached the desk and asked if It was a garage and if anyone would like to sell us a car. The hostess asked what I was interested in and off she went, she came back with some pathetic excuse that was no staff available as it was Sunday!! at no point did she ask to take a contact number or ask us to take a seat. The end result has been we have taken our £20,000 and spent it at one of the other showrooms, where the staff were than happy to help us. I will never set foot in this showroom again!!
